Usually some sort of production power is required on an event site for anything up to two weeks. Using a diesel generator for this is inefficient with small loads such as office equipment and minimal lighting. Production power consumption and therefore carbon footprint can be the biggest offender in an event's green credentials.
The REsource power system is more than capable of running a few basic office suites (desktop computer, printer, mobile phone/radio charging and interior lighting) as well as outside lighting at gates, entrances etc. This means security and stewards can be fully functional on site before any generators get there. Depending on the energy demands of production it is more than likely there would be enough power to provide additional power for traders/small venues and/or event lighting.
